Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences and The University of Queensland Joint Lab for Data and Software Engineering Research (i.e. “ISCAS-UQ DSER Joint Lab”) has been officially established on October 13th, 2008.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the ISCAS and the UQ, the ISCAS and the UQ ITEE have built funding for the activities of the Joint Lab.

The Joint Lab’s activities include but are not limited to the following activities: 

a)　　  Exchanging researchers and students

b)　　  Cooperation on PHD students’ education

c)　　  Collaborative academic research

d)　　  Accelerating Joint programs for professional training and postgraduate education

e)　　  Promoting joint projects between China and Australia

f)　　　Organizing academic conferences, symposia and workshops

g)　　  Information communication and academic publications exchange

h)　　  Other academic activities with mutual interests
